How It Works

Identify a Candidate: Know someone who would be a great fit for one of our open positions? Whether they are friends, or former colleagues, we value your recommendations.

Submit the Referral: Send the candidate’s resume and relevant information to our HR department at marygrace.bajalan@v66fi.com. Make sure to include your name and employee ID so we can track your referral.

Candidate Evaluation: Our HR team will review the referred candidate’s qualifications and, if they meet our criteria, will invite them for an interview.

Incentive Earned: If your referral is hired and successfully completes their probationary period, you will receive an incentive as a token of our appreciation for helping us find great talent.
