About the Role
The National Sales Head leads the charge in growing Vans across the country. This role is responsible for orchestrating the performance of all commercial channels—brick and mortar stores, e-commerce, wholesale, consignment, and business development. Success means balancing strategic vision with high-energy leadership to unlock new opportunities and scale revenue responsibly.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow brand presence and market share
Set revenue, margin, and productivity targets while ensuring operational discipline
Lead store network performance, merchandising execution, and customer experience
Drive digital revenue and seamless omnichannel integration
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales leadership in footwear, apparel, sporting goods, or lifestyle retail
Proven success managing multi-channel sales organizations at a national level
Strong financial acumen and knowledge of retail KPIs, P&L management, and demand planning
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving consumer brand environment
